Blogosphere

Here a list of the most recent posts from the magic blogosphere. Go here for a list of all the sites we are currently tracking.

A number of people have been lamenting the decline of blogging amongst the magic community and so here are the actual numbers. As a blogger myself and therefore against reblogging in principle I do not store a full copy of the content. I republish the first 20 words of content to give readers and indication of the content itself.

If I have missed any blogs then please email the site details to blogreport@thedevilspicturebook.com.

My thanks to everyone who has contacted me with words of encouragement and issues they have with the implementation.

Magic and Conjuring » Panfletus

I have been preparing to participate in a magic flea market in a couple of weeks. As I rummage through drawers, shelves, and boxes, I find that some things are easy to part with, others not so much, and with a few items comes the question, "what was I thinking?" One group of items that I will not put into … [Link]

[Link]

When I think of "Maverick" I think of the old James Garner television series and the Mel Gibson, Jodie Foster movie. The term "maverick" is actually from a cattleman that didn't brand his cattle. At round-up time, a count was made to determine how many cattle each ranch had and the unbranded ones belonged to Maverick. So an unbranded cow was … [Link]
